Marco Selvi: Exploring Cosmos & Life's Passions

I am a senior researcher in astroparticle physics at INFN (the Italian Institute for Nuclear Physics). I currently lead the Italian team of the XENON experiment, searching for dark matter at the Gran Sasso underground laboratory. I teach "Detectors for Astroparticle Physics" at the Master's degree, University of Bologna.
I am passionate about spending time with my family, playing and watching basketball, playing guitar, with a love for the outdoors and scouting.
